M-LVDS Transceiver
NLC530x is a multipoint voltage differential signal (M-LVDS) transceiver that can support transmission rates up to 200Mbps. This series of products conform to M-LVDS standard TIA/EIA-899, similar to LVDS circuits conforming to TIA/EIA-644 standard, but can support multi-point applications. This series of products include Type-1 and Type-2 receivers in half-duplex mode, which detect the bus state of 50 mV differential input in the common mode voltage range of -1V to 3.4V. For bus I/O ports, it supports ± 8kV HBM and ± 8kV IEC 61000-4-2 contact discharge.
